When light is run without the appropriate -ext flag for
COM+ components on .wixlib targets that involve COM+
components then Light gives a
System.NullReferenceException and quits.
This error should be handled more gracefully and
informatively.

I updated the title to make it a bit more generic since this
issue affects all linker extensions.
